ARS-1 FULLY REINFORCED COMPOSITE MEMBRANE SYSTEMS
These systems represent the latest in fluid applied composite membrane system technology. Combining various Acrymax elastomeric coatings with reinforcement fabrics the ARS-1 Systems provide high strength and durable membranes that are applicable to a variety of substrates. The ARS-1 Systems provide a primary membrane that forms a continuous monolithic covering over the entire roof surface area. These membranes are fully adhered to the surface to which they are applied. Flashings and details use the same process to provide leak-free details that are completely integral to the system.
ARS-2 PARTIALLY REINFORCED MEMBRANE SYSTEMS
The ARS-2 systems are a group of systems where fabric reinforcement is used at critical areas and coatings alone are used on the areas that are not reinforced. These systems are used to produce elastomeric membranes with membrane thicknesses ranging from 15-30 mils on unreinforced areas and from 45-50 mils at reinforced areas. Number of coats and final thickness of membrane are determined by the condition of the roof, the type of surface to be coated, and performance requirements of the project.
ARS-3 COATING ONLY SYSTEMS
These systems utilize coatings only. Acrymax ARS-3 Systems provide protective solutions for a range of applications. The ARS-3 Systems are used for reflectivity, to protect surfaces from UV degradation, and to provide architectural color to the roof.
